in Germany we can't see the video due to unallowed contets of UMG, maybe music. Could you please upload a version without the music to youtube?

I'm not sure how to do that Frank. Do a search on GoPro and you'll see the camera. They guy had the camera hanging from a delta kite so that it filmed him sailing over Chesapeake Bay.

I've found a whole series of YouTube videos by some Japanese guys with a Shrimper called Mallard (541). Very entertaining, with camera on the end of a pole or under a kite. They're having great fun...

I'm sure Simon said he was going to put a link to some of the videos from the main CA page. Is that still on Simon?

Really enjoyed the video.fascinated by the untaped rings on the bottle screws.Keep expecting some sheet to whip it off.

Very good video and what great Easter weather.... I've never confessed the following major error of mine but here goes.... With Kaliope fresh out of the container and all rigged and ready to go for the first time it was early evening before we got her into the sea at Platanias harbour. I decided to roughly set the bottle screws for shrouds and forestays and leave it overnight on the mooring. The plan was to return next morning bring her alongside the harbour wall and sort out rigging the gaff boom and sails.... On my return next morning one shroud had come undone from the rocking motion on the mooring, the forestay and other shroud were within a couple of turns of coming undone... I was very lucky indeed to get away with it, just a couple of deck scratches to the gelcoat!! The bottle screws had all been done up hand tight at about 2/3 fully set.... I have never left the screws unpinned or untaped since then:eek:!!! PHEW CONFESSION OVER!!!
