The beached Russell....
I'm sure you won't be short of offers to sail on a CC19 in the future... and please keep this site going unless there are any new volunteers....!!

I'll second that.Chris Wicks wrote:I'm sure you won't be short of offers to sail on a CC19 in the future... and please keep this site going unless there are any new volunteers....!!
You have an open invitation from me Russell, Kielder water any time, or if you want to make a special arrangement, it could be Windermere, Ullswater or even the Clyde or Loch Lomond.
I have just read the Dudley Dix blog on the association website, what a super testiment to the CC19. I am sure many of us here will agree 100% with what he says. Nice pictures also, including Zephyr.
Cheers

Thanks Dennis. I shall certainly try to sail CC19's whenever I can.
I was in Falmouth yesterday talking to to an owner, and he has two friends actively looking for CC19's just now. One was sad to have missed out on Zephyr, but may buy new.
Anyway, if we move the International CC19 Week to Falmouth I'll still organise it. I don't think I'd get my new boat up to Chichester. And before you ask, I don't have a new boat yet, but I'm getting close.

It's good to know that your still going to be involved.Ru88ell wrote: Anyway, if we move the International CC19 Week to Falmouth I'll still organise it.
Actually, I would prefer Falmouth, it would greatly increase my chances of participating, "the crew" likes the area.
Cheers

That's it then. The new boat has arrived.

I'm into my second day, and already missing the fact that I can't park her on the drive to get some jobs done. 250 miles is a long way if you've forgotten something.
