Hi,
in an earlier post I wrote.
...It seems to be impossible to upload even a 50k-zip-file. All I get is "Upload of file failed". After about 1 million tries it worked once - only to upload a corrupted and useless file.
Simon has now increased the size for a file-upload to 200 k for PDF and ZIP - thanks - so I will have another try.
HOORAY - the attachment is now on line !!!!!

Hi,
I bought a second HM anchor a year ago for £50. The supplied anchor (199) is priced with the boat fittings, roller etc. The second anchor I use as a kedge and it fits in one of the rear lockers. With 15 m chain and 50 m rope it is used mainly for laying bows to beaches and shallows etc, but can also be used for bows to in deep harbours. It has not been subject to big forces, but deploys very easily and is a neat soulution for what I required. I fitted fairlead to the transom and some protective rubbing strips to prevent chafe to the transom.
