OK with me, although Churchouse Boats (Drascombe) and Cornish Crabbers might be less impressed.Ru88ell wrote:Unless anyone minds, can I take these posts to use on the new website please?

Always happy to chat about sailing but do not have Merlin in the water as yet , trying to find the time to go over to Honnor Marine to pick up a new mast.Of course if anyone is coming over and has room for it!:):)
One of the main attractions to me was the ability to lower the mast single handed to get under the Shannon bridges. In the good old days before mobos cluttered up the waterways the bridges were all swing bridges now changed to lifting, enough to allow some gin palace to scrape through.still fantastic sailing with very few other boats.good and bad?
