Hi All,
Our magazine is working on a feature review article on the production Cape Cutter 19. If you own (or have owned) one of these boats and would be willing to contribute to the review, please send us an e-mail here:
smallcraftadvisor@earthlink.net
We'll respond with our owner survey. In addition to sailing the boat ourselves, we always rely heavily on owner feedback.
Thanks for your consideration.
Best,
Joshua Colvin

I think this must be the result...

It's a Cape Cutter 19 Bumper Edition. Articles on Ian Allen's self build in New Zealand, and Martin Stretch's SA CC19 at Havasu in the USA. Loads of great pictures too. Published in July last year, and this is the first I've heard about it!
We really need to get a grip of this Association. How can we not know about this for 7 months???

We were in a book shop in St John's, Newfoundland last summer. I was looking for something to read whilst at our cabin there. I was attracted to a magazine with a very pretty little sailing boat on the front. Didn't read the front cover, just had a flick through. Inside was a great article on the CC19. Then realised why I was drawn to the front cover, duh. Ladybird got a mention.
Thought it strange as I didn't think the CC19 was that popular in the States/Canada.
I know there is one in BC, Canada.
We will be in Victoria, BC next Monday so will keep our eyes open.
