well Chris,I bet you feel better for that.I managed many moons ago to drop a mast clean across SWMBO's stomach.The surgeon in the hospital had a great sense of humour,having examined her her he turned to me and said " you say this is the mast........?" luckily everything was fine but I am a bit paranoid about rigging screws[no pun intended]

There's nothing like a confession to purge the sole... Also there is a great deal to learn when a lesson is learnt the hard way! So a CC owners confessional seems quite a good idea! But I'll leave this post tucked away here where no one will see it for now!!:confused:

Only a short one, but here's a video of us sailing from Newtown Creek to Lymmington - down wind and tide - on Friday. Glorious weather again1

Question for Simon - Are you still proposing to put a link to these videos on the website? I know from my own cycling club and Zephyr's blog that pages with embedded video receive largest numbers of hits. It think it would help to sell the CC19 to others.

Looks like a brand new CC19 to me. Anyone know who it is?

Helo Russell

I suspect member "bubaluss" may have the answer to your question!

Hello all

Here is a video of me having fun with "Mary Ann" ;) on Kielder Water;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MO92TfFThm8

It was taken by Frank Stewart and family from their Drascombe(?) Longboat. Frank was so impressed that he has since bought a CC19 himself (renamed Bernicia).

When I get the opportunity I will video Frank and family sailing "Bernicia" and hopefully post the result.

Cheers

Dennis

Hello all

I have converted my album " A Quiet May Day on Kielder Water" into a slide show (I know, I need to get out more!) and posted it on U-Tube:

I'm having a problem editing my full holiday video at around 5 mins length, but it has let me do this:-

I'll hopefully have it all done in a few days for those who asked about it.
