Discs for SA trailer brakes

Can anybody help with sourcing new brake discs for an original SA trailer ?
What vehicle did they come from ?
Mine are pitted and to skim them smooth would remove too much thickness.

Hi, I recently got new pads for the brakes on a S. African trailer from a car parts store in Yorkshire, the nearest equivalent pads are from a Mercedes ML 430. The pad holes match the caliper holes and the thickness is perfect.
Cost was approx £25 for a set.
