CC no.9 for sale

I had a look at an early CC no.9 (2001) which is for sale on the Isle of Wight.
The guy is asking around £12k.
The hull looks sound, but I’m no expert! It’s got the early cockpit hatch which is hinged at the front.
The mast needs a good varnish.
Although the trailer looks substantial it’s unbraked and couldn’t legally tow a boat of 1.5 tons.
I’ve not seen the sails.
