I have found a Cape Cutter 19 at the actual KTL vlog (Ktl50 2009 Beaumont Harwich Stour; at 11:35).
Does anybody knows whom this CC belongs to? Reg. No. of the boat is 59239.

That was well spotted.

I have no idea whose Capecutter it is in the video, but it is lovely to see such a variety of sailing boats in use. The "Keep Turning Left" videos are a delight, and really capture the pleasure of sailing in a small yacht.
