Good morning all,
We're off to the Netherlands for a couple of weeks cruising in Friesland, and wondered whether anyone has worked out the air draft of the CC19 with mast only and with the gaff up? Bridge clearance is quite a matter of importance there!
Kind regards,
Adrian and Roger

Hello Adrian
The answer is yes.
I did a quick search on "air draft" and came up with this:

It is worth a read, and will provide the answer.
I expect I will see you before you depart next week.

Hello Adrian,
Welcome in Friesland. Our CC19 is 7 meter above the water, I measured it a few weeks ago. But I don't have an original mast, our mast is made in Friesland :-)
Most of the bridges in Friesland will open for you. With 7 meters high you can go under the closed bridges on the Prinses Margriet Kanaal. But I try to avoid the Prinses Margriet Kanaal as much as possible because there are large (> 3000 tonnes) barges doing about 10 knots.
May see you in Friesland,
Bert
