I've known Charles and Nicky Erb for a while, and Nicky and I were invited to supper tonight by Richard and Jill Rickard, owners of Nettie #50. This had me wondering how often we meet other owners. So, and this is a bit of a Panini Stickers thread, who have you met? I've also met Crichton Miller #110, David Hill #34 and Stephen St Leger Moore #16.

#17 Frank Stewart "Bernicia". Sails on Kielder Water like me.
#63 Michiel Zwetsloot "Nemo".
#105 Greet and Anton "Courier". Gave them a demo sail in Mary Ann on Windermere in 2009.
#106 Frank Dierkes "Katrina". Met Frank and Petra and sailed with them in Katrina on Tegernsee in Bavaria.
#111 David Hudson "Tokoloshe". Gave David a demo sail in Mary Ann on Kielder Water in 2009.

You reminded me, I met Frank Stewart in the Kyles of Bute in June.

I didn't get the owner's name. I've also met Stephan now too.

I met Ian McIver on Good Friday at HM when he was still looking for a suitable boat.

As Russell has already posted, he now owns #85 "Minnie". :D

Congratulations Ian, keep us posted on how things go!

I have now bert Bert and Janny, owners of Zimp hull No. #004.

We also passed "Hawkins" hull No. #003 whilst we were sailing in convoy on the Heegermeer (in Friesland) on Saturday 6th July, although names were not exchanged. :(

Still, three CC19s (#003, #004 and #100) in the same place at the same time, a truly international CapeCutter event. ;)

A chap called Gary Oldfield intercepted me today whilst I was becalmed on Kielder Water.

He made a beeline for me in his inflatable tender.

Apparently he has just bought CC19 #007 "Moneypenny". Towed it from Devon to Northumberland yesterday.

I think we can expect to see him on this forum in the not too distant future.

That is three CC19s on Kielder water now. :)
