Mast bands to raise gooseneck

A long shot, but I wondered if anyone has mastbands to raise the gooseneck onto the mast that they no longer want.
For the Honnor Marine solid 4" diameter mast.

I have resisted moving the gooseneck from the tabernacle but have decided that the easier cabin access and reduced chance of head-boom interaction are worthwhile.
