I recently used Navionics for a week sailing in the North Ionian ( not in a Cape Cutter, sadly) as the charts for that area were available by subscription on this app. In the UK I use Memory Map which uses the Admiralty charts, but can also display OS charts so is useful for hillwalking or looking at the land from the sea. I bought it primarily to display the excellent Antares charts created by Bob Bradfield which give up-to-date detail on many of the interesting little anchorages on the west coast of Scotland. Bob has 'trawled' these bays with modern GPS positioning and depth finding equipment to give better information than is on many Admiralty charts. For example, parts of Lochboisdale were last surveyed over 100 years ago with a leadline!
